Stir content of the bag into 250 ml cold water. Bing to the boil while stirring - add 1 teaspoon vegan butter or 1 tablespoon vegan cream and continue cooking at a low heat for 1 minute, stirring occasionally.
For an especially creamy sauce, stir the content of the bag into 250 ml soy drink and prepare as above
